Jafra Cosmetics International, a direct sales company with a multilevel marketing program in the skin care and beauty industry, kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month by presenting a $7,332 check − the “Jafra: Hand in Hand with the Hispanic Community” grant − to The WellCare Foundation in Phoenix.

The WellCare Foundation is a non-profit that provides pro bono health care and wellness education to single working mothers and their children.  The WellCare Foundation was awarded by way of district directors, Eva Rivas Cruz, Oralia Lopez Ruiz, Juanita Martinez Valencia and Maria Martinez, a Jafra District Manager, and single mother of three children, who has provided her personal testimonial on how The WellCare Foundation came to her aid.
