If I weren’t teaching golf, I would be …. “Working for one of the major golf brands.”
I enjoy working most with …. “In this order: women, kids, and men.”
Teaching philosophy … “To teach, instruct, and coach all golfers to swing the golf club!”
Biggest misconception about golf… “It’s too hard.”
Most requested golf tip … “How do I become more consistent? My answer: commitment to swinging the golf club towards the target. You’d think that is obvious. Most amateur golfers need to establish a consistent routine prior to swinging the club. The main reason they’re not as consistent as they’d like is because they’re always ‘trying to do something new.’ ’’
Most embarrassing moment on the course …. “During a tournament, I made a practice swing on the fairway of a par 4 and accidentally hit the ball out of bounds onto a field full of sheep.”
Proudest moment… “Passing the 36-hole, PGA Player’s Ability Test with my parents on hand for love and support.”
Favorite Valley golf course… “Ocotillo Golf Resort in Chandler.”
Favorite golf course in the world …. “Augusta National.”
Favorite PGA player… “Past: Lee Trevino; present: Tiger Woods.”
